Wach as they try to find it, without stepping on it, becoming more and more desperate, unable to locate the dangerous object, while you know their struggles are in vain, because there is in fact no fallen d4.

They will be on edge for the rest of the session, the looming threat of stepping on the tiny tetrahedron always at the back of their minds.
